These units are priced for Double Occupancy! Linen, morning coffee, and maid service provided. There is a 2 night minimum stay required in all our villas.
The vacation cabin will be inspected after each tenant’s departure. If damages other than normal ware and tear are found, you will be notified immediately of the costs for resolving them. These costs may include, but are not limited to, charges for repairs, concealed pets, or in-cabin smoking, etc.
We do ask for a 72 hour cancellation notice. Groups must provide a 25% deposit and a two week cancellation notice. Deposits are not refunded without the minimum cancellation notice.
