GPS or Map Quest does not work well for the Doe Run area.
Remember we are the only hard surface drive way between Groundhog Mtn. Overlook  at Mile Post 189 and Pucketts Cabin Mile Post 190. On The Blue Ridge Parkway.

From US Highway 52

Take the Blue Ridge Parkway north approximately 10 miles. Locate milepost 190 and pass the historic Puckett Cabin on your left, then go 1/2 mile and take a right onto our paved entrance. There is no sign for Doe Run Lodging on the parkway as signs are prohibited but if you pass the entrance, you will immediately see the scenic overlook at Groundhog mountain on the right.

From Interstate 77

Take Virginia exit 8 for Fancy Gap and follow the signs to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take the Blue Ridge Parkway north approximately 10 miles. Locate milepost 190 and pass the historic Puckett Cabin on your left, then go 1/2 mile and take a right onto our paved entrance. There is no sign for Doe Run Resort on the parkway as signs are prohibited but if you pass the entrance, you will immediately see the scenic overlook at Groundhog mountain on the right.

From US Highway 58

From Meadows of Dan, Virginia (approximately 10 miles), take the Blue Ridge Parkway south for 10 miles and locate milepost 189 past the Groundhog Mountain Scenic Overlook. Our drive is the first paved road on your left.
