Upstairs Master: King with Full Size Futon Downstairs Bedroom: 2 Full Size Beds First Bedroom Upstairs with Queen, Bunk Beds and Full Futon Second Upstairs Bedroom with Queen and Full Futon The master suite features its own private sitting area with fireplace, Jacuzzi and King Size bed. Two fully furnished kitchens and ice machine. Relax in the living room and enjoy a fire in the fireplace while watching the creek flow slowly by.

The cozy den has ample sitting room with a wood stove. Sit on the covered porch or under the old Oak tree and enjoy the privacy The Brown Manor has to offer.

Over 130 acres of trails–bring your horses! The manor features a 10 stall modern barn. Near by horse rentals and wagon rides available for everyone to enjoy. If you prefer, 4-wheelers are also welcome.

There is almost a mile of creek frontage for the fisherman in the group, and a private stocked pond, and canoeing and tubing. Another amenity includes outside covered picnic area with large cooker.

This unit is a house keeping unit (no maid service) unless requested at an additional fee. Non smoking and no pets inside. Must call ahead for reservations for this house.

Additional space is available by renting the loft next door so if you have more folks then beds just let us know and we can book that for you also.
